A Milestone for Victims’ Rights: Tennessee Moves Forward with Marsy’s Law

April 24, 2024 - Tennessee will be the 13th state to pass Marsy’s Law and expand rights for victims in their constitutions. Just like in Oklahoma, victims will now be protected.
