Marsy's Law Passes in the Tennessee House of Representatives
Marsy’s Law for Tennessee (HJR 0094) has been passed by the full House of Representatives in a full floor vote.
Sponsored in the House by Finance Committee Chair Patsy Hazlewood (R-27), Marsy’s Law has been joined by major House co-sponsors that include House Majority Leader Lamberth (R-44) as well as Representatives Doggett (R-70), Hulsey (R-2), Davis (R-18), Moody (R-81), Hardaway (D-93), Jernigan (D-60), Tim Hicks (R-6), Holsclaw (R-4), Butler (R-41), Hale (R-40), Vaughan (R-95), Darby (R-76), Crawford (R-1), Alexander (R-7), McCalmon (R-63), Gary Hicks (R-9), Gant (R-94), Greg Martin (R-26), Bricken (R-47), Russell (R-21), Farmer (R-17), Zachary (R-14), Burkhart (R-75), Baum (R-37), Boyd (R-46), Whitson (R-65), Cepicky (R-64), White (R-83), Marsh (R-62), Camper (D-87), Cochran (R-23), Faison (R-11), Williams (R-42), Barrett (R-69), and Moon (R-8).
